• Form submissions. When you use the early access or contact form we receive your full name, business email, company, company size, primary use case (early access form), topic (contact form) and any message you write.
• Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and operation of the site.

The website does not set advertising cookies. The interactive demo runs entirely in your browser on fictional sample data; anything you do in it is not sent to us.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange early access conversations.
• To understand which use cases and company types are interested in CrewNest.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to us through the form-handling or email service configured for this site, and are received in our company mailbox. The website is served by a hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver those services.

Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to follow up about early access, and delete them on request unless we must keep them for legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing idowu@crewnest.space. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Product data

If CrewNest later processes customer work orders, crew records or timesheets as part of a paid or pilot service, that processing will be covered by a separate agreement and an updated policy before it begins.
