The website and early access

The website describes CrewNest, a product that is in development. The interactive demo uses fictional sample data to illustrate how the product is intended to work. Features, pricing and availability may change, and requesting early access does not guarantee access or create a contract. A paid or pilot relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in forms and keep it up to date.
• Use the website lawfully and only for its intended purpose.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website, send malicious code or automated spam through our forms, scrape the site in a way that burdens it, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights.

Intellectual property

The CrewNest name, logo, website content, design and software are owned by CrewNest or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Feedback you send may be used by us to improve the product without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The website and demo are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Sample data does not represent real customers, results or performance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CrewNest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
